Even though our dishes skillfully bridge the gap to the present with modern interpretations, many are still prepared using very traditional recipes. More precisely, they date back to 1719, as they originate from the original cookbook “Konrad Hagger – Neue Salzburger Küche” – a true historical document of culinary art. Richly illustrated Baroque recipes and artful depictions of dishes adorn not only this valuable antique cookbook but also the walls of our dining room.
