Arrival by car

From the "West A1" autobahn exit via the "Innsbruck Bundesstraße" towards the Neutor tunnel. Before the tunnel, turn right into Altstadtgarage B. After you have parked the car, take the elevator down. Turn right twice and head to the "Toscanini-Hof" exit.

On the left, you will see the festival houses (Festspielhaus). Turn right in front of the cathedral and go left via the Residenzplatz to the Goldgasse. On the left, you will find house no. 10, Gasthof Goldgasse.

Arrival from the Salzburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station)

By public transportation, it is around 15 minutes to Gasthof Goldgasse. Bus ticket per person ca. € 2.50

Your bus connections:
Number 3 towards "Salzburg Süd"
Number 5 towards "Birkensiedlung"
Number 25 towards "Hellbrunn-Untersberg"

Your bus ride will end at the "Rathaus" stop (police station). From here, go left in the direction of "Restaurant Indigo". Turn right here onto the Klampferergasse. The Goldgasse begins before the "Alter Markt" square between the Salzburger Sparkasse and Oberbank. Gasthof Goldgasse is house no. 10.

By taxi, you can reach Gasthof Goldgasse in around 10 minutes from the train station.
